Search:

"New Search" button allows to clear the screen and reset the search.

Contracts Search:

LL1, LL3, FL1, FL3, TAM1, TAM3, ATA1, ATA3 or ALL

Now, you can further restrict your search by presence of any contract (if you select "ALL"), or a presence of a specific contract (if you select any of LL1, LL3, FL1, FL3, TAM1, TAM3, ATA1, ATA3). You must enter a date or date range to use this feature.

Please note the changes to the Supervisor Search Screen:

String Search: (Contact, BillName,Address)

String search works this way: The order in which the string search is undertaken is first Contact, second BillName and last Address. You shouldn't use more than one string search at a time.
If you do, only the last active one is considered for search.
You may use any piece of string you suspect exist in the searched string.
Example: if you enter the string AUR in the BillName field and nothing in the other string search fields you get back all records having "AUR" in BillName. Of course this also depends on the other criteria like fromdate, todate etc...

Search: (Pidate)

You can use the picdate by itself or in combination with Fromdate and/or todate. In any case what you get is those records with the given picdate.
If used alone, all verifications having the given picdate will be displayed.
If used with Fromdt and/or todate, all verifications having the given picdate and responding to the fromdate and todate criteria will be displayed.

Search: (Yes, NO and Incomplete)

Verification Result Code and Reason Code Criteria

1. Now you can search for Yes, No or Incomplete results with or without specific reason codes:
There are three drop down menus: Yes, No and Inc.
To search for "Yes" results regardless of reason code, select the Yes drop down value "ALL".
To disable the search for "Yes" select the Yes drop down Value "None" from the Yes drop down menu.
To search for "Yes" results with a specific reason code, select the specific reason code drop down value from the Yes drop down menu.
The No and Inc drop down menus operate similarly.

NOTE: The drop down menus are evaluated from left to right: Yes, No and then Inc. Make sure you make only one selection. If more than one drop down menu has a selection enabled, the last drop down menu to the right that is enabled is considered the active one.
